Gastric Attact Me Again

Semalam, again one more time kena gastric. Start after buka pose terus dan merengek2 kat pewot...Aduhai, sampai 4.00 pagi jugak rasanya baghu leh tidor, tp tidor pun tidor2 ayam jaa..Last2 tak terjaga jugak, hari ni again masuk lewat opis. So, kalau dikirakan hampir 24 jamlar tak leh tidor. Tu lar, dah cakap pisang tak leh makan, aku balun jugak, sebelum ni kena serang masa minggu hadir kursus kat Pulau Indah tu. Itupun kena serang sebab lunch hour, makan pisang. Hu3  betullah pisang ngan makanan pedas  memang tak boleh ambil  langsung. Siap kena serang nanti. Aku plak nafsu kalau ikutkan semua nak makan, especially yang pedasla,  walaupun dah cuba pantang makan pedas2 dan makanan lain yg berangin namun nampaknya tak jalanlah. Tapi rasanya, Gaviscon ker  haper macam tak membantu sangat dah aduhai..aduhai. 

So, my dear self, ingatlah jagalah pemakanan tu kalau tak nak penyakit lagi. Nampaknya bulan puasa is coming soon, so waktu ni rasanya leh practice tak makan makanan2 pedas dan seangkatan yang menyebabkan gastrik ni melanda lagi.

Esok Puspanita akan ke IKS Sabak Bernam. Hasrat hati nak pergi, tapi memandangkan urusan dengan Yang Esa belum lagi selesai rasanya tangguhlah dulu kot hasrat dan keinginan hati tu.  Even though the things to deal with Allah can't finished until end of life but still can't allowed myself to go there. Just to remind myself again...not to go there.
